Can't Access Downloads


  • Check both your inbox and junk mailbox for the order confirmation. The confirmation has the download account log-in details. Make sure you enter the login email and password correctly.

    If you still can’t log-in or don’t see your products after logging in then email us at info@videocopilot.net
Don't See Download After Logging-in


  • If you paid using Paypal then a download account will be created using the email address that you have registered to Paypal. Even if you were logged into a different Video Copilot account when you submitted the order.

    The confirmation also gets sent to the email registered to Paypal.
 
  • Make sure to enter the login email and password correctly. If an error says your password is incorrect then click “forgot password” and enter your email address to get a new password sent to you.

  • Winrar for Windows to extract .zip and .rar files.
     
  • The Unarchiver for Mac in order to extract .zip and .rar files.
